Food of the Month Poster
Food of the Month is sponsored by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture in partnership with the Idaho State Department of Education. Our aim is to increase awareness of fresh Idaho products to teachers, students, and parents by highlighting different Idaho foods each month.
Idaho agriculture products are featured on a two sided, 16"x 22" color poster. The front displays a beautiful photograph of Idaho agriculture with nutritional and agricultural facts headlined to reinforce healthy eating and the bounty of Idaho agriculture. A map of Idaho showing the top growing areas of the featured item is also displayed.
On the flip side of the poster, four 8 ½" x 11" learning sheets of games, trivia, crossword puzzles, and other educational materials are provided. The poster is pre-folded to 8 ½" x 11" dimensions, dividing each sheet for easy reproduction and use in the classroom.
