Baker Ranch has been raising raspberries for 20 years. The Bakers have sold berries from their ranch in Lava Hot Springs and also at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market in Pocatello, Idaho for about 10 years.
They take pride in how clean their berries are picked and handled. Berries are promptly put into coolers in their commercial kitchen after picking and kept at 38 degrees.
Berries are available from mid August and run through September.You can buy fresh or frozen raspberries and 8 oz. glass jars of Raspberry Jam and Jelly. They can be purchased at the Baker Ranch in Lava Hot Springs or at the farmers market in Pocatello, Idaho.
Along with offering delicious raspberries, the Baker Ranch also offers horse drawn wagon rides. The 40 minute rides takes you to their creekside area on Dempsey Creek where you can relax and enjoy a great meal of Roast BBQ Beef, Idaho baked potato, salad, roll, beans, corn, and homemade desserts made with their special raspberries.
