The Ballard family started their small dairy nine years ago with just a few Jersey calves. This registered Jersey heard has grown and thrived on their family-run farm in Gooding, Idaho. Their cows are not treated with rbST and are given a great deal of individual care.
All this hard work has lead to producing award-winning milk that is distinctive and rich in taste.
Their cheese is available at several local retailers and restaurants including Idaho's Bounty, Boise Co-op, Winco, Marathon Cheese factory in Mountain Home, Bittercreek/Red Feather,Fork and Brick 29.
