The Bitners have been growing high quality grapes in Canyon County for over 30 years. Bitner Vineyards were planted in 1981, with the first production in 1985. There are 15 acres planted to Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Merlot, Shiraz, Petite Verdot and Voignoir.
Bitner Vineyards wines are currently available direct from them, Idaho State Liquor Dispensaries, Wine Styles in Boise, Music of the Vine in Caldwell, Grape Escape in Boise and Boise Wine Co-Op.
