Proost family farm has 20 acres of sweet corn and 5,000 to 6,000 tomato plants. They also grow a wide variety of produce including green beans, cabbage, peppers, red beets, Brussels sprouts, squash, squash, eggplant, broccoli, watermelon, cauliflower, cucumbers, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cantaloupe and pumpkins.
Their produce is sold at two roadside stands in Twin Falls after it is picked fresh daily.
