From the beginning, quality, commitment, attention to detail and superior service have been the cornerstones of their business. In 2001 Doug Webb, the owner of the company, made the decision to sell the company to the employees, creating not only the first employee-owned business (ESOP) in the Wood River Valley but also a great sense of pride the employees now share in.

 

In 1978, Webb established the first nursery in the Wood River valley starting with just 5 acres and in 1981 began their wholesale aspen production which continues today in our 60+ acre property. Webb has grown over the years to accommodate a bountiful supply of high elevation trees, shrubs and flowers; plus a large inventory of stones, pavers and boulders. Webb operates year round with retail shops in Bellevue, Hailey and Ketchum, Idaho along with maintenance and landscape construction departments to meet their clients home, garden and property needs.  Their development has never been forced; they build only out of demand and their shared passion for growing. Webb takes care in establishing the best techniques and producing the highest quality stock in the Rocky Mountain region.
