Behind the Organic Seal – An Explanation of What Organic Certification Means
Maybe you buy organic food or maybe you don’t, but have you wondered what it really means? From farm to table, do you know what goes on behind the scenes?
As part of the 9th Annual Idaho Organic Week, the ID State Dept. of Agriculture’s Organic Program Manager will give a presentation about what organic certification covers. There will also be time to answer questions you may have about organic certification. This presentation will be focused towards consumers and the general public interested in understanding more about certified organic agriculture.
