Please join us on April 29th from 6-8pm for a Farm to Chef Collaborative located at the ISDA. Restaurants, chefs, distributors and food service staff will have the unique opportunity to meet local producers, create a partnership and learn about new products in the industry through a “speed dating” approach.
The event is free for Idaho Preferred members, chefs, food service staff, distributors, retail and restaurants. A booth for non-members (producers & processors) is $25. Please RSVP by April 22nd.
