Ballard Cheese, LLC
Steve and Stacie Ballard started their small dairy nine years ago with just a few Jersey calves and the belief that loving, personal care and a healthy diet would result in both a superior quality milk and contented cows.
Since then, their registered Jersey herd has grown and thrived on their family-run farm in Gooding, Idaho, producing award-winning milk that is distinctive and rich in taste.
Their cheese is available at several local retailers including Idaho’s Bounty, Boise Co-op, Whole Foods Market, Winco, Marathon Cheese factory in Mountain Home, and restaurants such as, Bittercreek/Red Feather, Fork and Brick 29 Bistro in Boise.
