Located in the historical Belgravia Building in downtown Boise, Executive Chef Dave Shipley takes pride in creating local, homemade meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week.
Breakfast – Capitol Cellars provides a classy and quiet ambiance for your morning business meetings, breakfast with friends or simply reading the New York Times while sipping on our DOMA Coffee with a slice of Idaho quiche.
Lunch – With locally sourced ingredients, our lunch menu provides wine-friendly appetizers, a tasty selection of local soups and salads as well as, a Snake River Kobe Beef burger, Rueben Sandwich, Prime Rib Sandwich and many more options to choose from.
Dinner – Featuring Prime Rib six nights a week, our dinner menu is all about Idaho cuisine. You’ll be sure to find that almost every product is sourced locally.
