Dilly’s Pickled Veggies was founded by Shelly Craig in Midvale Idaho over 10 years ago. She took her grandmother’s fabulous pickles and turned them into a recipe for success!
In 2016, Robin Hyde and Jessica Norris purchased Dilly’s with the hope of continuing Shelly’s legacy for making gourmet pickled products. They hope to expand their product line with several new items by the end of 2016.
Partnering with local growers such as Tellez Farms (Beans), Wagner Farms (Cucumbers), Purdum Farms (Beans) and Froerer Farms (Asparagus), and working with the University of Idaho in their Food Technology processing facility, Dillys hopes to grow into the hearts of gourmet food lovers all around the Northwest.
