Grape and Plum Ambrosia

Ingredients

  • 1 pound red or green seedless grapes
  • ½ pound fresh ripe plums or pluots
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Stem and wash grapes. Cut plums in half, remove pits and cut into bite-sized chunks. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in grapes and plums. Spread in serving dish. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over grape plum mixture. Chill and serve.
