April Restaurant of the Month: Grit
Grit American Cuisine in Eagle, Idaho throws you a fun flavor curve ball with cuisine inspired from New York to Nashville. Their down-home American-style recipes are crafted in-house by Chef Paul Faucher, and they source ingredients from Idaho whenever possible. Idaho pork from Salmon Creek Farms and beef from Snake River Farms are the basis of many menu items including house made charcuterie. Their drool-worthy menu lists items such as Fire Roasted Fingerlings, Farro Salad and a wide variety of gourmet pizzas.
Owned by Dave Faulk, known for his highly successful Porterhouse Meat Market in Eagle, this restaurant is fast becoming a neighborhood favorite due to its consistent quality foods, great beer and wine lists, and small-town friendly atmosphere.
