Discover resources for managing stress in the agricultural industry at the upcoming Farm Stress Workshop, co-hosted by the Idaho Farm and Ranch Center and Dairywest. Darla Tyler McSherry from Ask In Earnest, leads discussions that focus on mental health, depression, and suicide within the farming and ranching community. The workshop will also offer QPR training and feature a panel of mental health professionals who will address accessing mental health services and provide stress management tips.
