What Is Savor Idaho?

Savor Idaho transforms the Idaho Botanical Garden into a walkable tasting journey featuring Idaho wineries and cideries placed throughout the landscape. This year, the experience expands across the entire Garden, inviting guests to explore at their own pace and engage all their senses.

As part of the Year of the Riesling, guests will encounter special Riesling selections woven throughout the experience, highlighting the versatility, freshness, and creativity of Idaho grown Riesling.

Wander winding paths as wineries and cideries appear around every corner. Sip as you move from sunlit lawns to shaded garden rooms. Carry your glass into the Culinary Garden and breathe in fresh herbs, discovering how rosemary, thyme, and basil can complement and transform the flavors in your wine.

Along the way, take part in an interactive scavenger hunt that blends Garden and wine facts, rewarding curiosity with playful discovery and the chance to win two Outlaw Field tickets.
