Come join Veer Wines and Snake River Seed Cooperative on April 1st in Caldwell for a lively and interactive event focused around everybody’s favorite vegetable, the tomato!
Immerse yourself in tomato history and lore!
Explore tomato types and their uses!
Gain tomato growing tips from an experienced organic farmer!
Learn how to save seeds from your favorite tomatoes!
And take home 6 future tomato plants to grow at home!
This event will include a serve-yourself tomato seed bar! Guests will be given a 6-pack of pots and will have the opportunity to choose tomato seeds to plant from a whopping selection of 30 different locally-adapted tomato varieties, field-tested and grown with love by area farmers!
