Kris Komori, Idaho’s first James Beard Award-winning chef, and Erika Claassen, the talented chef de cuisine at KIN Restaurant, will lead culinary professionals in an enriching discussion on Monday, November 18th at the University of Idaho Moscow’s Food Lab.
This heartfelt session will explore essential strategies for strengthening menus with locally produced ingredients, fostering meaningful relationships with producers, and supporting Idaho’s diverse food community.
