ÀLAVITA’s core belief: great food need not be elaborate or overwrought, but rather fresh, and uncomplicated and well executed to get out of the way of the ingredients and find the joy in their innate flavors and qualities. In the vein of a traditional Italian osteria as a casual, local gathering place (An Italian Joint) to discover food, friends, wine, and creative libations, their menu reflects a new twist on Italian fare inspired by local and regional ingredients. They firmly subscribe to their mantra of being ‘Loyal To Local’.

ÀLAVITA procures many ingredients from the local market and prepares them in an Italian presentation; hence, Locally Inspired Italian. Along with the full bar, there is a modest beer selection and wine list to choose from.

ÀLAVITA is proud to provide a myriad of gluten free options upon request and 80% of our menu can be prepared gluten free. The joy of eating fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared simply and well with good company is shared by all at ÀLAVITA.
