April Hale has been catering in Boise since 2007. After catering numerous events, clients remarked on the amazing flavor of her scratch-made salad dressings. In fact, after receiving repeated requests to bottle her tasty concoctions, April’s Greenhouse Dressings was born.

All of April’s Greenhouse dressings are vinaigrette-based, handmade in small batches with fresh herbs, fresh juice, and local honey. They are all-natural, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free.
