Founded in Ketchum Idaho in 1997, Bigwood Bread is the premiere small batch artisan bakery in Idaho, and remains a multi-generational family owned business. Bigwood production is housed in a new 10,000 square foot USDA inspected facility in Ketchum, and the company also operates two high volume cafes in Sun Valley. We have been producing handmade Artisan style crusty dinner breads, sandwich breads, bagels, pastry’s and par baked products for over 20 years. We distribute 365 days a year to quality restaurants, gourmet markets and hotels throughout the state of Idaho.
Our breads are hand made using the highest quality, sustainable and all natural local grains from family farmers in the Pacific Northwest. Our products contain no artificial ingredients or high fructose corn syrup and are GMO, pesticide and preservative free.
