Fairchild’s by Golden Valley Vinegar has been a cornerstone in the apple cider vinegar industry since 1909. Under its current ownership since 1973, the company has built a reputation as the nation’s premier producer of pure, unfiltered, unpasteurized organic apple cider vinegar. Their “with the Mother” product has become a staple for the industry’s largest bottlers and distributors, known for its rich, golden quality.

Fairchild’s produces animal feed using conventionally-grown Idaho apples, while their human-grade organic vinegar is sourced from Washington state. Because of this, Fairchild’s is recognized as a member specifically for their contribution to animal feed. It’s important to clarify that Fairchild’s vinegar is not considered an Idaho-grown product for use in crafted foods, as the organic apples are sourced from outside Idaho.
