Senior Produce Program

The Caldwell Farm to Fork Farmers Market Senior Produce Program is an initiative designed to empower and nourish local seniors while fostering community engagement. Supported by generous donors and managed by the Caldwell Health Coalition, this program offers eligible seniors aged 60 and above an opportunity to receive $8 per household to spend at the market.

Seniors in the community are invited to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to support their health and well-being while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Caldwell Farm to Fork Farmers Market. Together, the community can cultivate a healthier, more resilient environment for generations to come.

Double Up Food Bucks/ SNAP EBT MATCHING

One of the unique aspects of the Caldwell Farm to Fork Farmers Market is that it offers a Double Up Bucks program, which matches SNAP/EBT benefits up to $10 per market day. This helps low-income families access fresh, healthy foods.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps, helps low-income families buy the food they need in order to stay healthy. Eligible SNAP recipients receive an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, which is used like a debit card at participating grocery stores and farmers markets.
