Fresca has been baking the freshest, most flavorful, best performing tortillas, wraps, and chips in foodservice since 1977. Moving from Boise, Idaho into a new, industry-leading, state-of-the-art facility in Caldwell, Idaho in 2018, Fresca has been a part of the food manufacturing landscape and has employed hard working Idahoans in the Treasure Valley for over 45 years.

We Bake Better Tortillas, Wraps, and Chips

Fresca manufactures products for quick service, fast casual, and full-service restaurants, as well as value added manufacturers, c-stores, and grocery stores. Fresca sells its products through a robust network of distribution centers in the United States, across all of Canada, and into several other export markets, and has a strong presence in South Korea and Japan.

Counting Taco Time, Taco John’s, Simplot, Starbucks, Jackson’s Food Stores, Tyson, and the USDA, as well as countless other customers who buy through their distribution network, Fresca bakes more than 5 million tortillas every day for hundreds of customers all around the world.

Fresca uses a proprietary freezing process that allows fewest amount of preservatives and artificial ingredients of any other tortilla, wrap, and chip manufacturer in foodservice. In fact, most of the products Fresca bakes feature zero preservatives, zero artificial colors, and zero artificial flavors. Consumers can buy Fresca’s Tortilla Revolution “clean label” tortillas at the Meridian and Boise Co-op Stores as well as the Whole Foods Market in Boise.
