Louie’s has been locally owned and operated by the Mallane family since 1965. Louie’s is dedicated to providing the best family dining experience possible at a great value. It has always been a Louie’s tradition to use as many local products as possible. From their dairy to their meats, local products have been present in their dishes since 1965. Some of their relationships with local suppliers have been established for over 40 years. They use seasonal produce when possible. Their bar menu includes beer and wine selections made in Idaho.
