Mill 95 is Idaho’s first hop pelletizing plant. Before we were established, Idaho hops had to travel out of state to be pelletized. The less distance hops travel, the better quality = BETTER BEER!

Founder Jamie Scott acted from conviction that local capability to evaluate, care for and process hops would be valued by growers and brewers alike.
