Potatoes are a state trademark for Idaho. Our Idaho potatoes are an exclusive subset of the Idaho crop given the unique soil in which they are grown. Farming at the foot of world-class sand dunes and an ancient volcano creates an ideal growing environment for beautiful and flavorful “spuds.”
We believe minimal transportation creates a fresher and better product. We source all of our potato seed from local eastern Idaho seed farmers. The same is true for our finished product. From our climate-controlled storage cellar to our climate-controlled potato packing shed, our russets travel just 16 miles. Potatoes that are babied and transported the shortest distance possible from farm to fork create that ideal product we expect and require for our own family and our customers.
