Payette Brewing Co.

Payette Brewing has been making local craft brews using Idaho-grown hops and barley since 2011. 

Payette’s 60-barrel brewing facility and Tap Room is located along the Boise River in Downtown Boise. They are an all-ages and dog friendly establishment! The new brewery offers 20+ Payette beers on draft, AnyTimers Cocktails, local cider, 4 wines, some non-alcoholic options, merchandise for sale, a wide variety of beers to-go. The large tap room connects to their beer garden, and there is a mezzanine overlooking the brewery.

While they don’t offer food, Payette Brewing’s unique partnership with Boise’s local food truck scene more than makes up for that. You can typically find a food truck onsite from 5pm-9pm. Check out the home page to see what food trucks are scheduled to be at the brewery.
