Award-winning Chef Richard Langston and his staff share a culinary philosophy that celebrates the integrity of ingredients, sourced locally when possible, and prepared simply to showcase the natural flavors of the products.
They work with local producers, growers and suppliers to bring in fresh, sustainably grown produce, meat, fish, eggs, honey and other ingredients produced within 200 miles of their front door. Suppliers include: TruRoots Organics, Matthews All-Natural Meats, Waterwheel Gardens, Sweet Valley Family Farms and Purple Sage Farms, among others. Richard’s is a member of Think Boise First and the Tomato Independence Project.
The wines on the menu are hand-selected to complement the meals. Selections are sourced from both the old and new worlds: Italy, France, Spain, Oregon, California, Washington and Idaho. Idaho’s burgeoning wine industry allows Richard’s to include great wines produced right here in Idaho.
