Rider Mushroom Co. currently operates in the foothills of North Idaho with the aim of providing the Inland North West with the finest quality gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. Our bread and butter are Oyster & Lion’s Mane mushrooms. However, during the colder months we grow specialty mushrooms such as Enoki, King Trumpet Oyster, Black Pearl King Oyster, & Chestnut mushrooms.
