325 E 7750 S, Victor, ID 83455Teton Full Circle Farm is a 20-acre Biodynamic and Organic farm located in Teton Valley, Idaho. The farm includes two acres dedicated to flowers, herbs, and vegetables; a quarter-acre of hoop house production; and three acres devoted to windbreaks, orchard development, and native plant restoration. An additional ten acres are cultivated in hay, and five acres of pasture support the farm’s cattle operation. Through thoughtful land stewardship and the sharing of its harvest, Teton Full Circle Farm is committed to strengthening community resilience and fostering a deeper relationship between people and the natural world. Erika Eschholz is a seasoned farmer, gardener, and educator with more than two decades of experience in organic, biodynamic, and regenerative agriculture in Teton Valley. Since 1998, she has focused on cultivating both healthy food systems and healthy communities. In 2006, she founded Full Circle Education (now Mountain Roots Education), a local nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching learners of all ages essential life skills through hands-on experiences in gardens, farms, and wild landscapes. Ken Michael holds a B.S. in Agroecology from the University of Wyoming and has been farming in Teton Valley since 2012. His strengths in systems thinking, attention to detail, and pattern recognition have played a key role in streamlining production and operations at Teton Full Circle Farm. Together, Ken and Erika continue to expand their knowledge through ongoing education and collaboration with leaders in sustainable agriculture, including Eliot Coleman, Hugh Courtney, JM Fortier, and Erin Benzakein. Their combined experience, vision, and dedication anchor Teton Full Circle Farm as a vital contributor to the local organic and regenerative food movement. |
