Located in downtown Caldwell, Idaho, The Undiscovered Barrel is located on the basement level of the Historic Oakes Brothers Marketplace. They offer a quaint and unique wine-tasting experience, a great way to enjoy a tasting of what Idaho has to offer in a small intimate setting.

Serving only wines, beer, and ciders grown and produced in Idaho, all wines, beer, and hard ciders are also available to purchase by the bottle. Featured Idaho wines are made with grapes that are grown in Idaho, in The Undiscovered Barrel’s tastings in comparison to an AVA from either Washington or California.

Owner Darci Feigel is an ex-police officer and US Army Veteran who transitioned into the wine industry almost two decades ago. She is passionate about introducing folks to all the different wines and AVA’s from Idaho and the surrounding areas. Her passion was born from her desire to fully immerse herself into becoming as educated as possible about her beautiful, new home state.
