What is Homegrown by Heroes?

Homegrown By Heroes (HBH) stands as the official farmer-veteran branding program of America, overseen nationally by the Farmer Veteran Coalition. This program certifies ranchers, farmers, and fishermen from all military branches, allowing them to market their products as veteran-owned and produced.

The Homegrown by Heroes merged mark seamlessly combines the symbols of the ISDA Idaho Preferred Program and the Farmer Veteran Coalition of Idaho, proudly representing agricultural products cultivated or processed by military veterans in the Gem State.

By acknowledging their exceptional contributions, our goal is to bridge the gap between supporting local agricultural businesses throughout the state and honoring the bravery of our veterans.

This distinctive trademark is designed to assist consumers in easily identifying food and beverages produced by veteran-owned Idaho farms, ranches, and food crafter businesses.
