Idaho Radishes

Radishes are one of the easiest vegetables to grow in a garden, growing from seed to harvest in just a few weeks. Although not grown commercially in Idaho, you can find radishes early in the spring and throughout the summer at farmers’ markets and farm stands. Radishes come in several colors and flavors. For the mildest flavors, choose young, smaller varieties.
