OUR TASTING EXPERIENCE
Booking a tasting with us goes beyond just sampling wines. We offer a full Tasting experience where guests enjoy a selection of our current wines, thoughtfully paired with locally sourced snacks, followed by a comprehensive tour of our estate vineyard and winery.
Our ten-acre estate is home to a diverse ecosystem, with abundant wildlife and pollinator habitats, which we actively protect as part of our commitment to sustainable farming. During the tour, we’ll share how the unique ecosystem and regional climate contribute to the perfect conditions for producing sparkling wines, and how we’re dedicated to farming for the future by minimizing our impact on the environment.
Next, we’ll guide you through the winemaking process, showing you how we transform our grapes into world-class sparkling wines. You’ll explore our cellar and learn the full journey, from harvest to bottle.
TASTING ROOM INFORMATION & RESERVATIONS:
Our tasting room is located at our estate vineyard and winery, just minutes from downtown Eagle, Idaho, in the heart of the Eagle Foothills American Viticulture Area.
Tastings are currently available by appointment only. The tasting fee is $25 per person, which is waived with a purchase of three or more bottles. 3100 Wine Club members enjoy a set number of complimentary tastings each year, depending on their membership level.
We are currently booking tastings Thursday through Saturday, with start times available between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. To reserve your tasting experience, please contact us at tastings@3100cellars or call 208-244-0733.

We’re excited to offer private tasting experiences designed just for you! Whether you’re organizing a work session, hosting a book club, celebrating a birthday, or simply craving a more intimate atmosphere, our space is yours to enjoy. Reserve our entire tasting room and elevate your special occasion with some bubbles—because there’s no better way to celebrate!
PRIVATE TASTING DETAILS:
Weekday Bookings: Up to 10 total guests:
- A $150 private tasting fee secures your reservation, covering labor and event space rental.
- Tastings are $25 per person, payable on the day of your event. This fee is waived for guests who purchase 3 or more bottles.
- Prefer wine by the glass or bottle instead of a tasting? No problem—just let us know in advance!
Weekend Bookings: Up to 30 total guests
- A $450 private tasting fee secures your reservation, covering labor and event space rental.
- Tastings are $25 per person, payable on the day of your event. This fee is waived for guests who purchase 3 or more bottles.
- Guests may also opt for wine by the glass or bottle instead of a tasting.
