We’re a husband and wife team from Arco, Idaho, who said goodbye to the corporate world to follow our passion: making handcrafted, uniquely flavored potato chips. We’re bringing back a slice of heaven from years past, when things were slower and more down to earth. We make our potato chips the Old School way: FRESH every week. We use russet potatoes with the skin on, cut to three different thicknesses, then fry them in peanut oil to a perfect, golden brown color. That fresh russet potato flavor is complimented with the perfect touch of one of several seasonings, some available only from Atomic Potato Chips.

Our chips are a world apart from other commercially made potato chips. That’s probably why Atomic Potato Chips were named the “Coolest Thing in Idaho” in 2021.
