Their menu is Chef’s choice and changes every week based on availability of seasonal, local ingredients. They work directly with local Farmers and Ranchers to ensure they use only the freshest ingredients.
Gina is an Idaho native and mama bear to two sets of twins! After traveling the world and cooking for wellness retreats for 20 years, she decided to put down roots in her home state and share her love of healthy, sustainable, delicious food.
Fun fact: Gina’s great, great grandmother and family homesteaded the Diamond D Ranch on Loon Creek in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness!
