Groves Country Farms Mushrooms

Family Farmed Idaho Mushrooms

Idaho natives, Mason and Tia Groves are fourth-generation farmers, but first-generation mushroom farmers. They started the family business when they realized Mason’s job as a commercial fisherman out of Alaska was not conducive to their goals of putting down roots and raising a family. Mason consulted with his grandad about the best path into agriculture and decided to start a mushroom farm since there were fewer barriers to entry and it was a crop he could grow year-round.

“Groves Country has given us the ability to raise a family and bring our kids to work every single day, while truly making a difference and growing some amazing mushrooms!”
