Idaho Sheep and Wool

Dianne James Flowers is the founder of Idaho Sheep & Woold Co. located in Harpster, Idaho.

Dianne raises the heritage breed Gotland Sheep, well known for their long silky and curly locks! Coming from a ranch background of sheep & Horses, Dianne has a passion for both animals. She has been a leather seamstress for over 40 years, sewing shearing coats, vests, mittens and slippers.

Fiber Artists, wet felting is an ancient craft for making many functional items dating back thousands of years to Mongolia, felting the fleece for yurt coverings. Dianne designs and makes felted rugs, wall art, pillows, scarves, neck warmers, cell phone pouches, dryer balls and handmade felted soap. She also dyes her own wool.
