Lovely Hollow Farms

Established in 2019, Lovely Hollow Flower Farm is located in the heart of Southwest Idaho’s agricultural farmland. Armed with a degree in ag business, owner Nikki Van Lith returned home after college to manage the family’s feedlots, but quickly realized that this position wasn’t exactly the right fit for her personality.

But Nikki soon took inspiration from her sister, who had posted pictures to social media of a recent visit to a you-cut flower farm while up in the Palouse region. With a little research, Nikki knew that becoming a flower farmer might be worth pursuing. Despite the initial hurdles of obtaining a conditional use permit, and all the pre-planning work that goes into any farm operation, Nikki persevered to turn her 8-acre stretch of land into an agritourism destination spot that helps her surrounding agricultural community in more ways than one. Most notably, Nikki’s path has helped her neighboring farmers to preserve their farm land. Watch to learn more about how Nikki became a flower farmer and agritourism entrepreneur.

To truly experience the agricultural bounty Southwest Idaho offers, visitors can spend a day tasting wine on the nearby Sunnyslope Wine Trail and then finish the day off picking flowers at the Lovely Hollow Farm you-pick flower field.
