Old Valley Farm & Nursery is a family-owned Production Nursery in the Treasure Valley and has been in the business of growing quality plants since 1990.

Old Valley Farm produces high quality plants that are grown in the Treasure Valley and thrive in the climate of the Inter-Mountain West. They also cultivate an infectious passion for horticulture as they love to exchange knowledge and stories of their gardening experiences with our customers.

They propagate plants year round and most of what they grow has been over-wintered without using artificial heat before offering them for sale in the Spring. This practice ensures several factors for growing success:

Plant selection will thrive in Idaho’s climate, since the plants are already acclimated for local landscapes.

The plants have well developed root systems as well as full top growth.

It takes more time and labor to grow plants in an outdoors nursery environment, but Old Valley Farm and Nursery can provide southern Idaho’s market with a hardier plant that is far superior to the typical greenhouse grown plants shipped in from out of state.
