Riverence Provisions is a vertically integrated rainbow trout and steelhead producer that manages the entire process from egg to distribution to ensure the highest level of control possible. We produce our premium trout in southern Idaho using crystal-clear spring water in land-based farms, which means no escapes and minimal impact on the local environment. We responsibly produce rainbow trout and steelhead fillets, whole fish, smoked fillets, and premium roe for both retail and food service operations. We are extremely proud to be the first trout farm in America to achieve certification under the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

This unique location enables us to deliver fish fast and fresh — in many cases, arriving the day after harvest. For our customers, this means cleaner tasting fish with longer shelf life.
