Nestled in southeast Idaho, with the stunning Wind Rivers mountain range (home to the Grand Tetons) as the backdrop, their feedlots are the heart of the operation. With generations of ranching experience and a focus on locally-grown beef, Top Notch Jerky guarantees top-quality products at competitive prices.
The company prides itself on owning and controlling nearly every aspect of its business, which allows for cost efficiency and quality control. They raise their own Corriente cattle in the St. Anthony, Idaho feedlots, overseeing the entire process from fabrication to packaging. All Top Notch beef jerky and meat snacks are produced at their state-of-the-art facility in Sugar City, Idaho, just minutes away from the feedlots. *The only part of the process not directly managed by Top Notch Jerky is freight.
