Beef and Pea Pod Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package Idaho Kobe Beef
  • ¼ cup of Idaho Viognier
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cups fresh pea pods
  • 1-2 medium carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • Small red pepper
  • Small yellow pepper or yellow squash
  • Chicken broth
  • Cornstarch
  • Idaho backed potatoes, medium per person

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thin(use sirloin or tenderloin)
  2. Mix next 6 ingredients and marinade the beef for 1-4 hours
  3. Slice all vegetables except for pea pods
  4. Cook veggies in hot wok until desired doneness
  5. Add meat
  6. Use broth if you need more liquid
  7. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken
  8. Serve over backed potato
