  • 4 bagels (plain or your preferred flavor)
  • 1 cup labneh (strained yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, microgreens



  • Preheat your oven to 350°F

  • Slice the bagels in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom half.
