Grape and Plum Ambrosia

  • 1 pound red or green seedless Idaho grapes
  • ½ pound fresh ripe Idaho plums or pluots
  • 8 ounces cream cheese- Meadowgold or Darigold
  • 8 ounces sour cream- Meadowgold or Darigold
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped


  • Stem and wash grapes. Cut plums in half, remove pits and cut into bite-sized chunks. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in grapes and plums. Spread in serving dish. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle over grape plum mixture. Chill and serve.
