Wheat Berry, Watermelon and Arugula Salad
    The Idaho Wheat Berry, Watermelon and Arugula Salad features high-quality, locally sourced produce, including wheat berries, watermelon, arugula, and feta cheese.     • 1-cup 1000 Springs Mill Wheat Berries (cooked according to package instructions)
    • 5-6 cups Fresh Arugula, washed
    • 2-3 cups Diced Idaho Watermelon
    • 1/2 cup Idaho Feta Cheese crumbles
    • 3/4 cup Vinaigrette dressing


    • Place Wheat Berries, Arugula, Watermelon and Feta in large bowl

    • Add Vinaigrette and toss well.

    • Serve immediately.
