- 1-cup 1000 Springs Mill Wheat Berries (cooked according to package instructions)
- 5-6 cups Fresh Arugula, washed
- 2-3 cups Diced Idaho Watermelon
- 1/2 cup Idaho Feta Cheese crumbles
- 3/4 cup Vinaigrette dressing
Place Wheat Berries, Arugula, Watermelon and Feta in large bowl
Add Vinaigrette and toss well.
