championing the relationship between community and local farm stands

The Panhandle Farm Corridor is a collective of small farms offering agriculture products grown and raised in North Idaho. The mission of the Panhandle Farm Corridor Collective is to educate, showcase, and sell local agriculture products in the North Idaho Panhandle to consumers directly. Their goal is to share their love of farming with the community and give everyone a chance to see where their food and farm products are grown and raised. The community can visit working farms and enjoy farm-fresh food and products produced right here in their backyard.

By Red Canoe Farms

Red Canoe Farms grows eight varieties of blueberries in a rotating harvest that spans the summer. Every two weeks or so, a new variety ripens, giving customers fresh flavors to look forward to with each visit. It’s a rhythm that reflects the couple’s approach to farming: thoughtful, seasonal, and always rooted in learning.
