Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add blueberries and stir until blueberries are covered.
Blend milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Pour over the flour mixture.
Mix until combined. The batter will be stiff. Divide into muffin cups.
Bake 25 minutes. Cool. Serve with butter.
