TERROIR is a retail specialty food business that sells products online. Their culinary concept is a fine example of how local chefs can commit to providing the community with delicious experiences while sourcing local ingredients as a base for dishes and products. In Terroir’s case, the farm-fresh ingredients will find their way into house-made artisanal charcuterie products of cold cuts, pate, and sausages, that are skillfully created by the culinary duo, Chef Nate Whitley and Remi Courcenet. 

Terroir is also a popular supper club that takes place within Hyde Park Fine Wines in Boise’s Northend every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening. Each week, Chef Nate Whitley and Rémi Courcenet serve a seasonal three-course family-style meal in the private back room at Hyde Park Fine Wines.
