    Ingredients

    For the Topping:
    • ½ lbs. cold, unsalted Idaho butter cut into½ oz. flakes
    • 2 ½ cups all-purpose Idaho flour
    • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar

     

    For Peach Filling:
    • 8 fresh Idaho peaches
    • Sugar to taste
    • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
    • ½ cinnamon stick
    • 2 cloves
    • ½ tsp. grated fresh nutmeg
